ATHLETIC REFUND POLICY

• Refunds are granted when an illness or injury causes a 50% loss of season, or a player moves from the area prior to the start of season.
• Refunds are not granted once a player has been placed on a team, or quits for personal reasons.
• ALL refunds are subject to a 15% administrative fee, except for when they Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Santiam is at fault.

• To provide a positive athletics experience to our Members through everything we do. 

• To remain affordable youth sports organization and offer the best value for the investment to our Members and Sponsors.

• To remain fiscally responsible while maximizing the resources available to us. 

• To assume a leadership position in the Lebanon and Sweet Home youth sports communities. 

When the external community (Members, Parents, Sponsors, Community) speak of Boys & Girls Clubs – Athletics they will refer to us as:

• Professionally operated

• Responsive and respectful to its Members, Parents, Volunteers, Sponsors, and the Community at-large

• Leaders within the Lebanon and Sweet Home youth sports community
