**THIS REGISTRATION IS FOR SPRING BREAK MARCH 27th-31st ONLY**

Please Note: We must meet a minimal capacity of 10 youth at each location in order to open for these days. If this is not met, you will be notified and your refund will be processed.

Lebanon Location:

5th & 6th: 305 South 5th Street, Lebanon, OR, 97355

Sweet Home Location:

5th & 6th: 890 18th Avenue, Sweet Home, OR, 97386

This program will include academic support and enrichment. Enrichment will include: Art, Tech, S.T.E.A.M. cooking, music, and more.  The full-day program will include breakfast, lunch, and snack.

As a reminder the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Santiam has been operating programs safely since March 23. We follow rigorous regulations and requirements to keep our youth safe.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS DUE BY THE END OF BUSINESS ON THURSDAY PRIOR TO SPRING BREAK CAMP.(March 27th-March 31st)

Q:        Do I need to register my child(ren) in advance?

A:        Yes, due to staffing requirements and supply requirements, we must know in advance if your child is attending.

Q:        What meals are included?

A:        The daily meals include breakfast, lunch, snack and access to programs from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
