Regularly Asked Questions and Answers:
Q: Should I register my child(ren) in advance?
A: Yes, due to staffing needs and supply needs, we must know in advance
if your child is attending.
Q: Are scholarships available?
A: Yes. We offer a LIMITED number of scholarships. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: Why are these fees necessary?
A: There are many reasons the Club has been required to charge increasing fees.
*Increased general costs for operations – including mandatory sick leave, higher healthcare costs, higher supply costs, etc.
*Investments in training and educating staff have increased dramatically over the past several years, the fee structure has never kept up with costs.
*Increased personnel required to keep staff and children safe and the building sanitary.
*Increased reporting requirements
The Club does not receive government funds, school district funds, or other tax-based resources – we depend on giving in the community to provide low-cost programs for your children. COVID-19 (for a time) eliminated our ability to fundraise/create revenue to support the organization.
Q: What about foster families?
A: We will discount service fees at 50% for service to foster children.
Q: When is payment due?
A: The Club’s programs are all paid in advance – we do not have a billings
office. You will be required to pay monthly through our updated software
system. Payment will not be as flexible as it has been in the past. You will
receive an invoice via email monthly.
Q: Do I have to cover the merchant service fees for the monthly invoices?
A: Yes, you will need to cover the merchant service fees.
Q: Are non-school days included in the monthly fee?
A: Yes, non-school days are included in the monthly cost IF you register for the non-school day the week before by the given deadline. If you do not register with the office staff for the non-school day, it will cost an additional $30 each non-school day.
Q: Is Spring Break & Winter Camp included in the monthly fee?
A: No, Spring Break Camp is not included in your monthly fee, and it will be its own weekly fee and its own registration. We will not be offering a Winter Camp this school year.
